Hi! I am a stay at home mom to 3 boys, ages 8, 5 and 1. I'm a super happily married woman of 9 years! We are a military family. I have been sticking to my New Year's Resolution of becoming a healthier person. I've lost 15 pounds so far, I'm 7 pounds way from my goal weight. But, more importantly, I am trying to get the whole family to eat healthier.
